Speaking of Montana plates, I saw one of these today in Pennsylvania :
It was attached to a ‘ 90s Suburban , so based on my quick research I can only assume that it wasn’t the reissue version.

County 3 that’s Yellowstone County, the P is for passenger car.!the suburban should have a T after the number for truck.

I did manage to catch the license plate in one of my, photos, but I’m not going to post it here. However, on closer inspection I do believe it is a reissue plate. The scheme follows 6-#####B, which appears to follow the current scheme.
